Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

One Time Reservations Cancellation Policy:

This cancellation policy applies to all private offices, conference room, workshops and meeting space.  All cancellations must be sent by email for record. The cancellation policy is only applicable for reservations completed on this portal (Proximity). We cannot honor same policy if you book from other third party platforms such as PeerSpace, Liquidspace and etc. 
 

Canceling at least 48 hours from start of your reservation?

100% Refundable.
 

Canceling within 24-48 hours from the start of your reservation?

50% Refundable.
 

Cancelling within 24 hours from start of your reservation?

Not Refundable.
 
*If applicable, refunds are manually processed, the act of cancelling a reservation on the portal does not generate automatic refunds. Our team will reach out to you if any there are any applicable refunds or credits to your account.
 

Monthly Membership Cancellation Policy:

All active monthly members are required to submit a cancellation notice 30 days prior to end date. All cancellation notice must be sent in email to Info@Task-Up.com. Acknowledgement and approval from team is required for your request. 
 

Virtual Office Members Pause Policy: 

All active virtual office members are required to submit a cancellation notice 30 days prior to end date.
All pause notice must be sent in email to Info@Task-Up.com. All accounts are billed $10/month for each month paused for portal fee. Pause option is available to month to month term members only. 
 
Please try to be considerate with bookings and cancellations as opportunities may taken from other guests.
